In Photography, students will become creative and critical thinkers, who possess highly technical skills, underpinned by research of historical and contemporary contexts and the exploration of photography’s contribution to visual culture.

The Photography team are committed to creating an active learning environment, which fosters rich and meaningful work. The Photography team is a vibrant and energetic team, which develops a creative and disciplined approach to the study of Photography through a combination of practical and written activities designed to ensure our students are problem solvers and independent learners, who exhibit resilience, self-control, organisation, presentation skills and collaborative skills at all times.

Photography encourages the students to foster a new way of seeing the world, enabling students to become creative practitioners.
